ACGME International (ACGME-I) began accreditation in Pakistan in 2020. Currently there are two accredited Sponsoring Institutions.

The Karachi based institution first achieved Initial Institutional Accreditation in 2020. There are currently 5 accredited programs.

The Lahore based institution first achieved Initial Institutional Accreditation in 2026.
