ACGME-I also accredits innovative, multinational pilot projects. Currently there are two such global pilots.
St. Jude Global
ACGME-I began accrediting the pilot program based out of St. Jude Global in 2025. Currently there are three participating sites:
King Hussein Cancer Center
The Amman, Jordan-based institution currently hosts no accredited programs.
Shanghai Children’s Medical Center
The Shanghai, China-based institution currently hosts one accredited program.
Unidad Nacional de Oncología Pediátrica
The Guatemala-based institution currently hosts two accredited programs.
Universal Medical Consortium (fake)
ACGME-I began accrediting the pilot program based out of the Universal Medical Consortium in 2029. Currently there are two participating sites:
